Shant (Yerba Santa Smudge Stick)

Yerba Santa is an herb used to treat coughs, colds, asthma, and long-term swelling among others.  The missionary priests, who discovered it called it "Yerba Santa" or Holy Herb due to its healing properties.

It's used for smudging to remove harmful energies or altar offerings. The herb is a powerful smudge stick used for setting boundaries, love, and release of emotional baggage stored in your your heart chakra. 

You can burn the leaves to clear space or remove dark and heavy energies from people.
